Symptoms for one more independence war ?

Seems attracting foreign investments in INDIA and not overhauling the govt may lead to another independence war sooner or later allowing controlling sake in telecom companies and in retail with out building home grown business empires leads to more money and employment but what is INDIA going to do at crisis
